I was back at work today, I did have to stop earlier because I was feeling uncomfortable because I am not fully recovered yet. It feels good to do something than being in bed most of the day.

Today I kind of remembered part of a naughty thought I had while in hospital, the idea of someone coming into my room at night and fucking me or the idea of wearing panties to the hospital and the nurses finding out and turning me into a sissy slut for all the doctors to relieve stress on
